BBB Global Logistics is certified to be the authorised representative, importer and distributor of medical devices by the Medical Device Authority of Malaysia. We have complied with the Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD). We ensure the quality and safety of all medical devices that we handle in during the warehousing and logistics process which includes storing, transportation and delivery. Our work environment is suitable for dealing with medical devices as they will remain hygienic with a proper pest control program carried out to prevent infestation. Our personnel are well trained and thoroughly educated to manage operations with regards to the medical devices. The process of delivering the medical devices to our customers is also monitored in detailed to ensure all devices are received in desirable conditions. We comply fully with the respective scopes provided by the Medical Device Authority such as the Establishment Responsibilities, Resource Management, Supply Chain and Device Specific, and Surveillance and Vigilance.
